12.\nCooperative Agreement with the City of La Habra and Partnering Cities for the\nEuclid Street Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Project (Project 23-6721)\n(Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a cooperative\nagreement with the Cities of La Habra, Fullerton, Anaheim, Garden Grove,\nand Fountain Valley, identifying each city’s roles and responsibilities, including\nSanta Ana’s match requirement of $113,827, for the implementation of the\nEuclid Street Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Project, for a term\nbeginning upon full approval of the agreement by all parties and ending\nDecember 31, 2028, with an option for extension upon written agreement by\nall parties (Agreement No. A-2024-XXX).
