4) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nMETROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SECTION 5310 ENHANCED\nMOBILITY OF SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES PROGRAM TO FUND THE FIXED\nROUTE AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION\nAPPROPRIATING FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Grant Agreement (Contract No. 2235) with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority in the amount of $750,000 for the Section 5310 Enhanced\nMobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program to fund the City of San\nFernando Fixed Route American with Disabilities Improvements Project;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8294 amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Adopted Budget\nappropriating Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 grant expenditures and\nrevenues; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all additional funding related\ndocuments.
