A. AMEND THE ADOPTED TRAFFIC THRESHOLDS OF SIGNIFICANCE FOR\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) RELATED TO\nVEHICLE MILES TRAVELED (VMT)\nThe City Council is requested to adopt revised thresholds of significance for\nimpacts related to vehicle miles traveled of projects in compliance with California\nEnvironment Quality Act.\nPresenter: Community Development Director\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-5727 which adopts\nrevised thresholds of significance for impacts\nrelated to vehicle miles traveled (VMT) of\nprojects in compliance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) and finds\nthat the adoption of new CEQA thresholds of\nsignificance is exempt from CEQA.
