Receive the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report;\n2. Find the annual report exempt from review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15306 (Information Collection) of the\nCalifornia CEQA Guidelines; and\n3. Approve the annual report and direct staff to file the annual report with the\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development and Governor’s Office\nof Planning and Research.
