The Director of Finance and Management Services to amend the State Route\n210/Waterman Avenue Interchange Project budget in the amount of $227,858\nfrom the Measure S Fund, and;\n2. The City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No.\n22­1002720 with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA)\nfor Waterman Avenue at State Route 210 (SR­210) interchange Project.
