4. Authorize the Purchase of a 2024 CASE 590SN Backhoe Loader From\nSONSRAY Machinery - FY2023-24 CIP Project No. CIP24-025-55029\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of the 2024 CASE 590SN 4WD backhoe\nloader through the Sourcewell, Purchasing Cooperative contract\nwith SONSRAY Machinery, in an amount not-to-exceed $197,885.41\nincluding a 3-year maintenance program; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete\nall appropriate documentation to finalize the purchase.
