Approve Resolution No. 2024-009 “A Resolution of the City Council\nof the City of Baldwin Park entering into an Agreement with the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for\nthe Los Angeles Street Complete Streets Improvement Project –\nMetro Express Lanes Net Toll Revenue Re-Investment Grant ID#\nMX202302”; and,\n2. Authorize the Mayor to sign Funding Agreement No.\n920000000MX202302 with LACMTA for the Los Angeles Street\nComplete Streets Improvement Project.
