Resolution No. 2024-008 Initiating the Proceedings and Ordering\nPreparation of the Engineer's Report for the Citywide Landscape and\nLighting Maintenance Assessment District for FY2024-2025\nStaff recommends that Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-008 entitled, "A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California,\nauthorizing the initiation of the proceedings and ordering the preparation\nof the Engineer's Report for the FY2024-2025 levy of annual assessments\nfor the City of Baldwin Park Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance\nDistrict pursuant to the provisions of Division 15, Part 2 of the State of\nCalifornia Streets and Highway Code."
