D. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND EXP\nU.S. SERVICES, INC FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR\nTHE STATE ROUTE 60 AT PYRITE STREET INTERCHANGE, (CIP\n23114)\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and EXP U.S. Services, Inc., in the amount of\n$441,716.33 for Traffic Signal Design Services for SR-60 at Pyrite Street\ninterchange, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in\nsubstantially the form and format attached to the staff report as approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any necessary budget\nadjustments.
