14.1 Consideration and Approval of Funding Agreement Between the County of Los Motel Site. RECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION: It is recommended that the City Council: Monte for Renovation of the El Monte Homekey Program M Motel site in the amount of $442,234; 2. Approve a budget allocation in the amount of $442,234 to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget for the Homekey M Motel site; and 3. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to make all conforming modifications and edits and execute all implementing documents.
