RECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Consider and approve a Contract Services Agreement with Bear Electrical Solutions for on-call traffic signal maintenance, repair, and emergency services for a total not-to- exceed amount of $150,000; and 2.
