12.10 Consideration and Authorization to Award a One-Year Contract Services Agreement with Multi W Systems Inc. for On-Call Sanitary Sewer Lift Station, Stormwater Pump Station, and Related Mechanical, Electrical, and Control System Maintenance Services for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $150,000. RECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Consider and approve a one-year Contract Services Agreement with Multi W Systems Inc. for on-call sanitary sewer lift station, stormwater pump station and related mechanical electrical and control system maintenance services for a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Agreement for a not-to- exceed amount of $150,000; and to extend term if needed.
