Appoint Deputy Mayor Jill MacDonald as primary delegate, City Manager Alyssa Muto as 1st alternate delegate, and General Assembly Meeting of the League of California Cities Annual Conference. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to attest to the appointments and submit the Official Voting Form to Cal Cities.
