Adopt Resolution 2026-104 authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with All City Management Services Inc. Extension No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $239,695.82, and to Extension No. 2 in the amount not to exceed $247,978.88.04, for crossing guard services.
