J.7 Citywide Tree Maintenance Services Recommendation: That the City Council 1. Adopt Resolution 2026-108: a. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, for Citywide Tree Maintenance Services for Fiscal year 2026/2027 only, increasing the contract by $50,000 for a total, not to exceed amount of $125,000. b. Approving a Budget Transfer from Public Facilities Reserve account 100-33060 to the Public Facility Professional Services Account No. 1006570-65300, in the amount of $50,000 for FY 2026/27 only. c. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2026/2027 Adopted Budget accordingly.
