J.8 Addition of (1) Management Analyst Position, Management Employees Salary Schedule, and Job Descriptions. Recommendation: That the City Council 1. Adopt Resolution 2026-105 approving the updates to the FY 2026/2027 Salary and Compensation Schedule to include the following: a. Approval of hiring one (1) full-time Management Analyst (Contracts Management) classification. b. Approval of an adjustment to the Executive Assistant to the City Manager/Council pay grade and job description, from pay grade M1 to pay grade M3 on the FY 2026/2027 Management Employees’ Salary Schedule c. Approval of an adjustment to the City Clerk pay grade and job description (Attachment 3), from pay grade M8 to pay grade M4 on the FY 2026/2027 Management Employees’ Salary Schedule 1. 2. Authorize the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2026/2027 Adopted Budget accordingly.
