CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH AZTLAN ATHLETICS FOR AUDIO, STAGING, AND LIGHTING SERVICES FOR CITY SPONSORED EVENTS IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $113,500 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year agreement with Aztlan Athletics for audio, staging, and lighting services for City sponsored events in the form approved by the City Attorney, with the option to extend the agreement for an additional two years, for a total contract amount not to exceed $113,500.
