CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER WITH TRAFFIC AND PARKING CONTROL CO., LLC FOR FLASHING LED TRAFFIC SIGNS IN THE NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $89,941.48 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve a purchase order with Traffic and Parking Control Co., LLC (TAPCO) in an amount not-to- exceed $89,941.48 for the purchase of 80 solar-powered flashing LED traffic sign assemblies, poles, and related mounting hardware through OMNIA Partners Contract No. 2020-200; and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute the purchase order and all related documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney. PUBLIC HEARING
