CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 8028 AMENDING PART II, SECTION 4(C) OF THE PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS TO DELEGATE LIMITED AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENTS TO CLASS SPECIFICATIONS Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 8028 amending Part II, Section 4(C) of the approve, revise, and amend class specifications for existing City positions, subject to the limitations set forth in the amended Section 4(C).
