16. CONTINUATION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR A TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT ALTERNATIVE PLAN PURSUANT TO SENATE BILL 79 (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 65912.155 ET SEQ.), TO A DATE UNCERTAIN Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Open the public hearing; and 2. Continue the public hearing concerning the proposed Transit-Oriented Development Alternative Plan Pursuant to Senate Bill 79 (Government Code Sections 65912.155 et seq.) and 3. Direct staff to republish the public hearing notice once a new hearing date is established. ACTION/DISCUSSION
