13. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL INC., FOR MUNICIPAL STAFFING SERVICES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,500 FOR A NEW TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $313,500, AND TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2026 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Robert Half International, Inc., to increase the compensation in the amount of $50,500 annually and for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $313,500, and extend the agreement through December 31, 2026; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the contract.
