CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE NORTH SOUTH CORRIDOR INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS DEPLOYMENT ON FAIR OAKS AVENUE PROJECT RABA01-5071 (024) IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $758,526 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve the selection of Willdan Engineering to provide Construction Management and Inspection services related to the North South Fair Oaks Corridor Intelligent Transportation Systems Deployment Project RABA01-5071 (024); and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (Attachment No. 1), in final form approved by the City Attorney, with Willdan Engineering in an amount not-to-exceed $758,526 ($689,569 base fee, plus contingency in the amount of $68,957).
