CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EMERGENCY SERVICES CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL TO PREPARE A COMMUNITY RISK ASSESSMENT, STANDARDS OF COVER, AND STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $65,283 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a professional services agreement with Emergency Services Consulting International in an amount not to exceed $65,283 to prepare a Community Risk Assessment, Standards of Cover, and Strategic Plan for the Fire Department. 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in the form approved by the City Attorney.
