(31) 26-1296 MOTION (RAMAN - YAROSLAVSKY) relative to the donation of graphic design services from Waltona Manion & Associates for the Encino Neighborhood Council’s new logo design. Recommendations for Council action: 1. AUTHORIZE the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment to accept the donation of a new logo design from the logo designer, Waltona Manion & Associates, on behalf of the Encino Neighborhood Council valued at $25. 2. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, or designee, to negotiate and execute an Assignment of Rights Agreement with Waltona Manion & Associates to transfer the ownership and rights of the logo license to the City, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
