Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $438 from the Council’s portion of the Heritage Month Celebration and Special Events-Council line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the Council District 11 special 25th Anniversary Remembrance of September 11 at City Hall on September 11, 2026 including the illumination of City Hall.
