(37) 26-0906-S13 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND JOBS and BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEES’ REPORT relative to the reallocation of Los Angeles County Fire Additional Assistance Grant funds to the Boyle Heights WorkSource Center (WSC) for Lineage Fire Recovery. Recommendations for Council action: 1. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, CID, to reallocate up to $940,000 in Los Angeles County Fire Additional Assistance Grant funds to the Boyle Heights WSC for Lineage Fire Recovery to support impacted workers, as outlined in Table 1 contained in the CID report dated August 3, 2026, attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, CID, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with the Boyle Heights WSC for the period through March 31, 2027. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CID reports that there is no fiscal impact to the City’s General Fund.
