(4) 26-0299 HOUSING COMMITTEE REPORT relative to rental assistance programs available to residents living in Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) owned or administered properties. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez – McOsker): DIRECT the Housing Department, in coordination with HACLA and any other relevant departments or agencies, to report on all rental assistance programs currently available to residents living in HACLA owned or HACLA administered properties, including those funded or supported through Measure ULA. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
