(12) 26-1196 CD 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (JURADO - PRICE) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing one or more series of revenue bonds or notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, rehabilitation, improvement, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of a 70-unit affordable multifamily housing development known as the St. George Hotel (Project), located at 115 East 3rd Street in Council District Fourteen (CD 14). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on April 9, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance revenue bonds or notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, rehabilitation, improvement, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of a 70-unit affordable multifamily housing development known as the St. George Hotel (Project), located at 115 East 3rd Street in CD 14.
