CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO CITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES Recommendation It is recommended by Mayor Rossi that the City Council appoint the following residents to City Boards, Commissions, and Committees for a full-term ending on December 31, 2028: 1. Teresa Petrich to the Commission Services Commission for a full-term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028. 2. Richard Elbaum to the Library Board of Trustees for a full-term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028. 3. Eric Forman to the Library Board of Trustees for a full-term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028. 4. John Lange to the Public Art Commission for a full-term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028. 5. Steven Kuo to the Public Works Infrastructure Commission for a full-term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028.
