7. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4455 WITH WHITE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO PROVIDE IN CUSTODY MEDICAL SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4455 with White Memorial Hospital for the provision of in custody medical services; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
