12) CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND RESOLUTION REVISING AUDIT COMMITTEE RULES AND REGULATIONS It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE AUDIT COMMITTEE RULES AND REGULATIONS 2.
