15. RECEIVE A PRESENTATION REGARDING A PROPOSED CENTRALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 7974 APPROPRIATING $100,000 FOR IMPLEMENTATION Recommendation It is recommended that City Council: 1. Receive a presentation from staff regarding a proposed centralized customer service center and provide direction as appropriate; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 7974 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget to appropriate $100,000 to procure the core technology components necessary to establish a centralized customer service center.
