8.e RESOLUTION NO. 2026-013 AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIRE STATION WELLNESS ITEMS AND AWARDING A PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT TO ALL PHASE DRYWALL & DEVELOPMENT TO PERFORM FIRE STATION WELLNESS IMPROVEMENTS. (0910-40) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-013 to (1) authorize the purchase of a sauna and cold plunge from LIT Method for a total of $17,500 and (2) award a construction contract to All Phase Drywall & Development for an amount not-to-exceed $35,000 for the Fire Station Wellness Improvements.
