5. STAGE, SOUND, AND LIGHTING CONTRACT FOR SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK, SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, AND DIA DE LOS MUERTOS EVENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract with Southern California Sound, Stage and Lighting Corporation for stage, sound, and lighting services for Shakespeare in the Park, Summer Concerts in the Park, and the Día de los Muertos event.
