7. COPIER AGREEMENTS WITH KC DIGITAL SOLUTIONS RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute agreements with KC Digital Solutions to lease seven copiers and provide copier maintenance services.
