REQUEST the Mayor and City Administrative Officer (CAO) include funding for a new Basic Car Plan Request for Proposals in the Mayor’s 2026-27 Proposed Budget. Fiscal Impact Statement: None from the BOPC. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
