10. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1245 approving the acceptance and appropriation of General Fund Specified Grant funds from the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) for the Oceanside Museum of Art Expansion Project and authorizing the Financial Services Director to execute and submit all documents necessary to complete the Project Information Package and enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of California.
