(44) 26-0178 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Maria Guadalupe Ramirez v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV18398. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on September 3, 2022, near 243 East 52nd Street, in the City of Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 17, 2026.)
