12. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4463 WITH THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA FOR THE BILL OF SALE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE ACCELERANT DETECTION CANINE “DELTA” RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4463 with the City of South Pasadena for the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability for the transfer of ownership of the Accelerant Detection Canine (ADC) “Delta”; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
