Award a construction contract for the West Calabasas Road Roundabout Project, specification No. PW2025-19, to Sully Miller Contracting Company, for a total contract amount of $5,388,900 plus a 15% contingency for a total value of $6,197,235; and 2. Award a construction management and inspection services contract to Psomas for a not-to-exceed value of $246,880 for the West Calabasas Road Roundabout Project, specification No. PW2025-19.
