H. Consider awarding a Public Works Agreement to Interstate Striping, Inc. for various roadway sign and striping projects. (Casil) Recommendation: 1) Award a public works agreement for various roadway sign and striping projects to Interstate Striping, Inc., in the amount of $60,255, and authorize a 15% contingency in the amount of $9,038, for a total not-to- exceed construction amount of $69,293; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
