54. Negotiated Property Tax Exchange Joint Resolution - Detachment 36-03 Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County, the County Library, the County Road District No. 5, the Consolidated Fire Protection District, the County Flood Control District, and the County Waterworks District No. 36, Val Verde (District) (5), adopt a Negotiated Property Tax Exchange Joint Resolution (Resolution) approving and accepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenue resulting from Detachment 36-03, Local Agency Formation Commission Designation 2022-08, from the District. Authorize the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the Governing Body of the County, the County Library, the County Road District No. 5, the Consolidated Fire Protection District, the County Flood Control District, and the District, to take all actions necessary to effectuate the Resolution. Find that the proposed actions are either not a project under, or are exempt from, the California Environmental Quality Act. (Department of Public Works) ADOPT (26-1230)
