10.I. Authorize First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. 2483-AA with SPEC Services, Inc. for Scada Programming Implementation and Support Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Agreement No. 2483-AA with SPEC Services, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $170,700 for services through June 30, 2027; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
