(12) 26-0215 BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT relative to requiring companies or entities competing in a City Request for Proposals (RFP) process, or entering into a City contract, to disclose if they are a plaintiff in litigation against the City. Recommendation for Council action, as initiated by Motion (Harris- Dawson - Lee, et al.): REQUEST the City Attorney to draft an ordinance requiring companies or entities that are competing in a City RFP process, or otherwise entering into a City contract, to disclose if they are a plaintiff in litigation against the City. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
