(38) 26-0242 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Amanda McCarthy v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV00069. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on September 28, 2022, at a driveway approach / public sidewalk, located at 6385 Hollywood Boulevard, in Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on March 3, 2026.)
