(29) 26-0314 CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - LEE) relative to a personal services contract with Community Homelessness Expertise (CHE) LLC, for services to the Fifth Council District. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE the Personal Services Contract, attached to the Motion, with Community Homelessness Expertise (CHE) LLC for providing services to the Fifth Council District as set forth therein. 2. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember, Fifth District, to execute this contract on behalf of the City. 3. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
