(16) 26-0277 BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the status of the current litigation involving the implementation of Assembly Bill (AB) 630 regarding the disposal of abandoned recreational vehicles (RVs). Recommendations for Council action, as initiated by Motion (Rodriguez - Price): 1. REQUEST the City Attorney to report on the status of the current litigation involving AB 630 to Council in seven days. 2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to report on the existence or status of any RV disposal program operated by the County of Los Angeles (County) under AB 630; whether the County’s program is available to or operates only in unincorporated areas or also in any of the other 87 cities in Los Angeles County; and, whether the City can participate in the County’s program. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
