(33) 26-0237 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Gabriela Cardenas Garcia v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV29632. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle collision on September 22, 2020, on North Figueroa Street near its intersection with West Avenue 28, in the City of Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on March 3, 2026.)
