(7) 23-0038-S13 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the transfer of the United to House LA (ULA) Income Support for Rent- Burdened At-Risk Seniors and Persons with Disabilities Program; and related matters. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. APPROVE Recommendation Nos. 2 through 12 contained in the Joint Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) and Community Investment for Families Department (CIFD) report dated February 12, 2026, attached to Council file No. 23-0038- S13. 2. AMEND Recommendation No. 1 to read as follows: Approve the delegation of administration of the ULA Income Support for Rent-Burdened At-Risk Seniors and Persons with Disabilities Program from the LAHD to the CIFD, including management and distribution of associated House LA Fund Accounts for this program. Fiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to the General Fund.
