(42) 26-0244 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Lena Assadourian v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23VECV04538. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on April 23, 2023, on an uneven portion of the sidewalk in front of 15485 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, California.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Closed Session on March 3, 2026.)
